Inspired by the legendary feminist, publisher, and author, Gloria Steinem, SALON San Diego is a community building initiative for women committed to advancing a just and equitable society.
SALON San Diego will feature the wisdom and experience of San Diego‘s most dynamic civic pioneers while fostering community among our next generation of leaders.
Subscribers to SALON San Diego will have an opportunity to directly hear from, meet, and dialogue with the women on the frontline of advancing progress for all in San Diego.
Each month a digital publication, distributed via Substack, will profile a female civic leader who will present a specific topic for us all to explore.
Subscribers will be encouraged to convene their own talking circle around the proposed topic or join an official SALON San Diego sponsored talking circle event, led by the featured civic leader, later that month.
